Did the offense or defense even make the trip to the game? Seems like the only ones who decided to show up were the special teams.

You take away Japicky throwing 4 INT's, we're right in that ballgame in Columbus. I was optimistic with how the defense played when backed into several corners. They could have given up 5-6 TD's, but they held a lot of those short fields off of turnovers to * FGs instead.

It pains me to say it, but Pryor played a game as close to the one Vince Young had against USC in the Rose Bowl a few years back as I've seen since VY did it. Pryor was the best player on the field and he made play after play. Miami didn't have a guy defensively that could match up with Pryor in the open field and contain him. That ended up being the main downfall besides the turnovers.

I'll be interested to see how this team does going into another hostile environment against Pittsburgh at the Big Ketchup Bottle. tOSU* gave Pitt a blueprint of how to contain Miami's offense--but I don't think Pitt has the hosses defensively that the Suckeyes do. If Miami doesn't mentally check out and hand opportunities to Pitt, they should run them out of the stadium. If they keep dwelling on what happened in Columbus last week, then we're boned.

I hope they're ready b/c I'm heading up to Pitt to watch this game, probably the only regular season game I'm going to make this year.
